Having friendly, straight-forward operator controls and displaying diagnostics is important to having good up time on machines We have worked on small HMI's with just few softkeys to larger installations that control many processes over multiple machines. Including: Wonderware, Allen Bradley, Emerson, GE, Automation Direct and Ignition by Inductive Automation.
Servo and Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) Application
We have experience in setting up and tuning drives for various types of applications. Including: Fanuc, Allen Bradley, Yaskawa, Square-D, Bosch Rexroth, and Siemens.
Electrical Wiring Diagram Design
Our wiring diagram engineers will work within your specifications and know NEC, NFPA, and IEC codes to design control solutions that are reliable and your technicians and operator's will feel comfortable using. We have experience with designs in both JIC and IEC format using AutoDesk AutoCAD as well as EPLAN. We are also familiar with automotive specifications.
Electrical Cabinet and Panel Layouts
Our panel layout engineer is capable of designing cabinets of all sizes. We also can perform thermal load analyses to correctly size cabinet air conditioners for your plant. Once designed we can build and wire your cabinet and have ready to connect to your machine.
